This policy explains what personal information Aidigitek (“we”, “us”) collects through aidigitek.com and its regional sites for the UAE, Australia, Canada, India and Nepal, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

  • Enquiries: when you use a contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, phone number (if given), company and the details of your project.
  • Region preference: a cookie named aidigitek_region remembers which country site you chose, for up to 90 days, so we can show the right regional site next time.
  • Technical data: our servers log standard information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, to keep the site secure and working.

How we use your information

  • To reply to your enquiry, prepare proposals and deliver the services you ask for.
  • To show you the regional site, contact details and office that match your location.
  • To protect the website against spam, fraud and misuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

Third-party services

Some features load content from other providers, which may receive your IP address when the page loads: Google Fonts (typefaces) and Google Maps (office maps on our contact pages). Their own privacy policies apply to that data.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and manage our relationship with you, and for any period required by law. Server logs are kept for a limited time for security purposes.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under the UAE PDPL, the Australian Privacy Act, Canada’s PIPEDA and Quebec Law 25, India’s DPDP Act and Nepal’s Privacy Act, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent. Email info@aidigitek.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Security

We protect personal information with access controls, encrypted connections and secure hosting. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
